Impact Learning supports multiple AI providers, giving you flexibility to choose the best model for your learning content. All models are accessed through a unified routing layer.

Anthropic (Claude)
Claude models excel at nuanced understanding and creative content generation.

Model Selection
You can select your preferred model in the chat interface. Impact will use your selected model for:
- Generating learning content
- Creating interactive scenarios
- Writing assessments and quizzes
- Producing code for gamified elements
Different tasks may benefit from different models. Use faster models like Claude Haiku for quick edits, and more capable models like Claude Opus or GPT-5.2 for complex scenario generation.
Routing Options
Impact supports two routing methods:
Vercel AI Gateway (Default)
Routes requests through Vercel's AI Gateway for unified access to all providers.
OpenRouter
Alternative routing option that provides access to additional models and pricing options.

- Reasoning: Design branching scenarios and assessments
- Long Context: Process large documents and source materials
