Plans and Credits
Impact Learning is a subscription-based service with a free plan and several paid plans. When you pay for a subscription, you get access to more features and more credits. You need credits to generate learning content in Impact.

Credits
Credits are used when generating learning content in Impact. The cost depends on the complexity of what you're creating.
How Credits Are Used
Different actions consume different amounts of credits based on complexity:

| Image generation | AI-generated images for your content | 0.5 |
| Audio narration | AI-generated voice narration | 1.0 |
Credit Display
To view your remaining credits:
- Open the sidebar in the Impact dashboard
- Your credit balance is displayed at the bottom of the sidebar
- The credit bar shows used vs. remaining credits for the current billing period
Credit Rollovers
Unused monthly credits automatically roll over at the end of each billing cycle, as long as you maintain an active subscription:
- Monthly plans: Rolled-over credits are valid for one additional month
- Annual plans: Rolled-over credits are valid for the remainder of your annual subscription
Daily credits on the Free plan do not roll over. Unused daily credits expire at the end of each day (midnight UTC).
Credit Top-ups
If you need additional credits mid-cycle, you can purchase one-time credit top-ups without changing your subscription plan.
- Available on Pro and Business plans
- Credits are added to your account instantly
- Top-up credits are valid for 12 months
- Does not affect your regular billing cycle
SCORM Export
All paid plans include the ability to export your learning content as SCORM packages for use in your organization's LMS (Learning Management System).
