Credits
Credits are consumed when Impact Learning's agents generate learning content for you. The cost depends on the complexity of what you're creating.
How Credits Are Used
Different actions consume different amounts of credits based on complexity:

These are rough estimations. Actual credit consumption varies case by case depending on content complexity, length, and the number of iterations involved.
Credit Display
Your current usage is visible in the upper right corner of the prompt input area. Hover over the indicator to see a detailed breakdown including:
- Credits used in the current chat
- Credits remaining in your balance
Your current credit balance is also shown in chat:
- A credit banner appears above the prompt when your balance is below 10 credits
- The banner includes an Add credits button that opens Settings → Plans & Credits
- If your balance reaches 0 credits, new chat requests are blocked until credits are added
Credit Rollovers
Unused monthly credits automatically roll over at the end of each billing cycle, as long as you maintain an active subscription. Rolled-over credits are valid for one additional month.
Rolled-over credits expire if your subscription lapses or is cancelled.
Credit Top-ups
If you need additional credits mid-cycle, you can purchase one-time credit top-ups without changing your subscription plan.
